The Outlaws
With a culinary background and love for food I have always dreamed that one day I could have a business in the food service industry. Just a few short years ago, I met Jessi and very quickly knew that we were two compatible, goal oriented, and like minded individuals. We had a vision in mind but struggled to find a business name. After tossing ideas around Jessi said, "What about the Outlaws since we are Jessi and James?" It couldn't have been a better fit. Together we have a diverse background and wanted to bring that all together giving us the Fusion part of the name. We both are driven with passion and want to exceed expectations by bringing you not only great tasting dishes but dishes made with love.
Our Logo
After finding the perfect business name we needed a logo to fit who we are. With the help of a good friend, she was able to incorporate our style, love for rock music and, of course, the beard. A nice little touch of the J&J on the knives and we quickly had the perfect edgy logo that couldn't have fit us any better.
